Across the road from the complex, there is a sandy beach with a shallow bathing cove. There is a long bathing jetty with a wheelchair ramp and a bathing ladder at the end. Region Gotland maintains the beach.
In collaboration with Region Gotland, we can lend you a bathing wheelchair free of charge. The bathing wheelchair is intended for disabled people and can be used only for bathing at Gustavsvik. Contact the reception for help. If you want to book the wheelchair in advance or find out if it is available, you can phone +46 498-201269. The wheelchair is collected from, signed for and returned to the reception.
Bed linen, towels and toilet paper are not included for guests staying in a cottage/apartment. You can order bed linen and towels when you make your booking or direct from reception. Towels and bed linen are included in the price for the double room accommodation.
There are a limited number of bicycles that can be rented from the reception. We collaborate with Gotland’s bicycle rentals in the inner harbour in Visby. To guarantee there will be a bicycle available when you arrive in Gotland, you can add a bike at the time of booking or book onlinebook in advance at www.gotlandscykeluthyrning.com
When you stay in Gustavsvik, it is always possible to order breakfast. You order breakfast at the time of booking or on site at the reception the day before. The breakfast is served in the restaurant.
The bus stop is located directly below the reception, by the beach promenade (Strandpromenaden) that runs along the seafront. In summer, the No. 4 bus runs between Gustavsvik and Östercentrum. For time table and tickets visit gotlandsbiljett.se
Cleaning is not included for guests staying in a cottage/apartment. If you prefer to pay for final cleaning (not washing up), you must notify us latest 2 days before you leave 0498-201260.
Latest 12 on the day of departure. For guests who have ordered final cleaning, check-out is latest 10 am
There is a limited number of grills that can be borrowed from the reception against a deposit. Before returning, clean the grill and drain the ash (there is a container for ash at the dump stations in the area). We appreciate that you do not use disposable grills on the verandas or outdoor seating areas. There are barbecue facilities around the complex that can be used by all guests.
Adjacent to the holiday village is a shorter jogging trail and a nature trail “Hälsans stig” which gives you a fantastic walk in the surroundings. Map to Hälsans stig can be found here or at the reception Map Hälsans stig
Book the laundry facility at the reception.
The entire facility is cash-free, payment by swish and credit card. In the restaurant it is possible to pay via the Happy order app.
Pets are permitted in some specific rooms, cottages, and apartments. If you are bringing a pet with you, you must notify us when you make your booking. For more information, please contact the reception.
In Gustavsvik we offer parking spaces around the complex, also with a charging station for electric vehicles. Parking is permitted only in designated places. You are only allowed to drive up to the cottage to load/unload luggage in conjunction with your arrival and departure.
The restaurant is open in the evenings from w.25-33. The reception shop has drinks, ready-made sandwiches, coffee and light dishes for sale all day.
Guests staying at Visby Gustavsvik can use the sauna free of charge. The sauna holds 8 people and is available for guests staying in our accommodation. Time is pre-booked at the reception, let us know in good time so it has time to heat up.
All accommodation and the restaurant in the area are completely non-smoking.
Rounders bat, football, volleyball, table tennis, kubb, etc. can be borrowed from the reception.
There is a limited TV channels in the accommodation – The basic TV channels is Kanal 1, 2, 4, 6, Barnkanalen, Kunskapskanalen.
You as a guest can do a lot to help us. Each cottage/apartment has a number of bins for waste sorting. Other types of waste must be taken straight to the waste rooms in the complex. If you do not want to sort your waste, you can buy a special waste bag from the reception. Check with the reception where your filled waste bag is to be deposited.
All types of accommodation have free access to the internet, but in some parts of the complex, access is limited. Login details are available from the reception.
