Group Terms and Conditions

A warm welcome to Visby Gustavsvik!

Check-in is from 3:00 PM.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Reception

The reception is staffed from May to September.

During the low season (October–April), the reception and restaurant are closed, and no on-site services are offered. Check-in and check-out take place at Scandic Visby.

If you have any questions regarding your booking, please contact our booking department on weekdays (excluding public holidays) at +46 498 20 12 60.

Parking

Paid parking applies at Visby Gustavsvik:

May–September: SEK 80 per day or SEK 10 per hour

April and October: SEK 20 per day or SEK 2 per hour

Please contact us for the key box code if you plan to check in outside reception opening hours.

Payment Terms

Gotland Hotels & Properties AB applies an advance payment for group and conference bookings.

If otherwise agreed, this shall be stated in the confirmation.

100% of the booking value must be received by Gotland Hotels & Properties AB no later than 28 days before arrival.

A final invoice specifying VAT will be issued after the group’s departure.

Cancellation / Changes

If a cancellation/change is made more than 28 days before the arrival date, the booking party shall compensate the property with 75% of the booking value.

If a cancellation/change is made more than 14 days before the arrival date, the booking party shall compensate the property with 100% of the booking value.

In the event of partial cancellation/changes, the compensation payable to the property shall apply to the cancelled portion, according to the periods stated above.

These terms apply to groups of up to and including 49 persons.
