Group Terms and Conditions 50+

Payment Terms

Gotland Hotels & Properties AB applies an advance payment for group and conference bookings. If otherwise agreed, this shall be stated in the confirmation.

100% of the booking value must be received by Gotland Hotels & Properties AB no later than 56 days before arrival.

A final invoice specifying VAT will be issued after the group’s departure.

Cancellation / Changes

If a cancellation/change is made more than 56 days before the arrival date, the booking party shall compensate the hotel with 75% of the booking value.

If a cancellation/change is made more than 28 days before the arrival date, the booking party shall compensate the hotel with 100% of the booking value.

In the event of partial cancellation/changes, the compensation payable to the hotel shall apply to the cancelled portion, according to the periods stated above.

These terms apply to groups of 50 or more persons.
